Background:

Genin Arc:Ryusake was your average teenage boy back then he was a 'kid',you could say he was very playful and took nothing serious,he often slept making him very lazy and sluggish,he and his team when on a mission where he almost died by the hands of an S-ranked ninja,you see the man who requested the mission made it seem like an ordinary escort C-ranked mission but it wasn't seeing as how he had a very large hit on his head,Rysakes' sensi when to the hospital and so did his fellow teammates he was the only one with minor damage and was release a day or so after..while his team was in the hospital healing Ryusake went to the Kohaku clan elders and request his train for the Kougan...two years later he had finally unlocked his Kyotogan which had the abilities of the Konoha's Uchiha clan Sharingan.And he stop being so playful,he became more serious about things.

Chuunin Arc:Since unlocking his Kyotogan Ryusake has been on several mission and all of them complete,so his sensi said he was finally ready to take the chuunin exams,which he had a very hard time passing,but on his first try he finish and obtain the rank of chuunin at age 15.The Hokage soon took him under his wing and trained him under harsh condition as he hyphened his lFire release techniques..the reason why the Hokage chose Kohaku was because he said he reminded him of himself when he was young,and he had that same look in his eye as he once did "to be the best".

The user spews a stream of Chakra-altered gun-powdered ash from its mouth, which surrounds the region. The gunpowder itself is hot enough to cause third-degree burns on the victim, and because it's composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud. For further damaging the enemy, the user can ignite the ash with a flint placed on their teeth beforehand to create a spark, resulting in a violent explosion. However, this technique requires keen senses to read the air currents, the insight to read the movements of the enemy, the tactical experience to not also enfold one's allies in the flames, and careful attention for the timing of the ignition.

The Fire Release: Flame Bullet technique is executed by the user gathering oil in their mouth which is created by chakra, spits it out, and ignites it. This technique simply shoots a flame bullet at the enemy. If the amount of oil that is prepared is kept down, the time it takes to invoke the technique is reduced. This allows the enemy to be stricken unaware, allowing the oil-containing flame bullet to burn them up completely. It is also possible to shoot out a series of of flame bullets by partitioning the oil. If this technique is fired after covering the enemy with oil using the Toad Oil Bullet, it has plenty of power to wound or kill. As this also keeps down the consumption of chakra.

This technique is a senjutsu altered version of the Fire Release: Flame Bullet. The user fills their mouth cavity with oil, created inside the body with senjutsu chakra. This oil is then spit out and at the same time ignited, which creates a giant flame, equivalent to ten-odd Flame Bullets. This flame can completely cut off the front escape route of an enemy cornered in a hallway or room, or it can thoroughly burn each respective escape route.

The sun is high in the sky showing that it is noon,as clouds slowly pass by to give a few seconds of shade to the village..Ryusake would be stand with his back to the kages stone faces,he would be in his street clothes as he looked down upon the village to only see that everything was clam and nothing big has happen,all he sees is children playing and shinobi training with one another,he would then begin to smile and look to the sky as the wind blew his hair would cover his face but he would pull it back passed his face,so that he could see,when he pulled his hair back a males face could be seen,his skin was a perfect milky tan,his eye resembled that of konohas' Kohaku clan,he looked very young in the face,but his body was very ripped and athletic due to the training he'd been thought as a child,his poser was perfect showing he had class and manners,this was none other than the Kohaku clans' Genius shinobi,Ryusake Kohaku,but that was his name in all the lands,you see they knew he was of the Li clan but didn't know who he was,As he looked upon the village he would turn to the stone heads and begin to to read a book.

Senjutsu means Sage technique. You don't have sage mode, therefore you can't learn it.
